How Business Coaching Helps Columbus Business Owners Achieve Their Dreams

As Business Coaches we are often asked "what exactly do you do?" or "how do you work with business owners?"

Well, to try and sum it up in just a few words is not easy but probably the best description of what we do is

"we help business owners make more money and then show them how they can free up their time to enjoy it"

Now having said that, let us be very clear on one issue - we are coaches NOT consultants. That means we will not do it for you, we will guide you, mentor you, challenge you, cajole you and teach you how to do it for yourself. This way you can then go out and apply what you have learned to many different situations or even different businesses.

You see a business coach's primary purpose is to help the business owner achieve their goal - whatever that might be. Typically we find business owners have challenges in the following areas

  • Money - not getting a return on sales and marketing, not making enough profits and often they have cashflow problems

  • Time - working too many hours and they don't see how they can reduce their hours without it costing them more

  • Team - managing their team and keeping them motivated and willing to grow the business or go the extra mile

  • Systems - putting systems into place is a key fundamental to achieving the above three factors.

Using our own experience, not just in coaching business owners, but also in running our own businesses we can provide an objective outsiders view into your business. There is absolutely no way that ANY business owner can be objective about his own business! There are just too many emotional attachments and other factors that come into play.

ColumbusCoaching.com is hosted by Clive Clifford and Bryan Sirak and is dedicated to helping Columbus and central Ohio business owners improve their business.
